A FAMILY COMPANY

Our story begins with a man named John Murphy. Having grown up swimming in Lake Erie, John developed a deep love for Ohio’s lakeside charm. As he raised a family of his own, he knew he wanted others to experience that same connection to the water. With a vision rooted in both nostalgia and ambition, John set out to create something truly special - Waterview at Bay Point. His goal was to offer a luxurious escape where families and vacationers could enjoy the beauty of the lake while surrounded by comfort, community, and high-end amenities.

Michelle Waldron begins the management for Waterview
March 2021
Phase 1 begins and the first 10 units are built
July 2021
Construction for next 20 units begin
December 2021
The clubhouse begins its additions and 20 more units are built
January 2023
100 Units are built and the clubhouse additions are completed
July 2025
116 Units built and all amenities nearly finished
