What is a Land Lease and where do I fill it out to sign onto a unit?
A Land Lease is a legal agreement between the tenant and the property owner. It outlines the terms of occupancy, including rent, duration, and responsibilities. To sign onto a unit, you can fill out the Land Lease form available in the resident portal or at the leasing office.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are allowed, but residents should always clean up after their pets and ensure they are leashed in common areas.
Do the units come furnished?
Each unit is mostly furnished, excluding personal items.
Are there any renovation restrictions?
