- Choose colors, designs, and finishes
- Wait for requested adjustments
- Pay the first month’s rent
- Move in and begin paying rent monthly

- Register your unit on a renters site Examples include Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com.
- Set pricing (nightly or weekly)
- List your home with accurate details (bedrooms, baths, features)
- Browse listings and contact owners
- Access — ensure keys are provided
- Request parking from the front desk
