- Register your unit on a renters site Examples include Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com.
- Set pricing for nightly or weekly stays
- Publish an accurate listing with bedrooms, baths, and features
- Respond to inquiries and booking requests
- Provide access and ensure keys or entry details are available
- Request parking through the front desk when needed
